Located in Kentwood, this marvelous house boasts 4 queen bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and a cozy living room with two extra queen beds in basement. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a fantastic getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, of a washing machine and dryer, AC, and more during your stay. Guests have access to the whole tri-level home. There is also a private backyard that is not fully fenced. There is an outside driveway and parking off street in a quiet residential neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Note that the house is only 15 min. from downtown Grand Rapids and 10 min. from Ford International Airport

Spacious Home

Great home with lots of room for our extended family. Home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Property manager was very responsive. We plan to book again in the future.

Nice stay

I originally planned our stay here for 5 guys on a Michigan tour. For many reasons, it ended up being only me and my brother staying in this 4-bedroom home. So, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice home, neighborhood and location for us. It is a split-level home, so I would not recommend for folks having problems with stairs. However, for us, it worked out very well.

Family vacation 2023

This was a great place to start our vacation. Had a lot of space for us to hang out. A nice patio area to relax. Location was easy to get to. Totally enjoyed our stay!

House was perfect for our group of 8, only thing that could have been an issue was the check in code received in the email instructions was wrong, but owner called before I got there and gave the correct code.

Excellent Location for Family Gathering for Funeral and Fun Family Time

Clean, roomy for 8 adults and 3 children, located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to find, very close to airport (10min. drive), close to interstate to get to places such as, Ionia for funeral, Grand Haven and Lake Michigan for fun, easy access to Grand Rapids stores, markets and museums.

Quiet, spacious and clean. We were very happy with our stay.

We stayed from Thursday to Monday and we found the house to be just as described in the listing. Lots of space to spread out and nice places to gather for meals and conversation.

Spacious clean rental

Rented this house for a group of 7..had plenty of room for even more people. Mike was very easy to get ahold of and contacted me prior to visiting to ensure everything was set. He had just painted and had carpets washed, place was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Stocked with everything we needed for bedding, cooking, etc. Good location, very easy to Uber into downtown

Comfortable wedding stay

Me and 4 friends rented the house to attend a wedding. The house was very nicely stocked, especially the kitchen. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we all slept very well. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Very close to just about anything you may need. Home was very clean and spacious. Mike was very easy to get ahold of if needed. We had a great time.

So spacious!

This was just the space we needed for our large family as we were in town for a wedding. The kitchen was very functional, lots of places for eating, amazing amount of sleeping space and overall a great value. Thank you, Mike!

Excellent home plenty of room

This property was excellent. The owner was excellent to work with. We had an issue and Mike was quick to help with a fix. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet too. We loved our stay.
