The bed was very comfortable, the place was very clean, the shower head was awesome. It is a great place for two people to stay. It seemed very pet friendly with a fenced in backyard though we did not bring our pets.

It’s a perfect size house for a couple and their dog. Even small families would find it works well. Simple setup and amenities but centralized location and nice neighborhood. The host was super responsive and flexible with our timing.

It overall was perfect for our short weekend girls trip! It is close to GR and Breton Village for restaurants. The beds were really comfortable. The communication prior wasn't great I didn't receive much info till a few hours before check in. We also weren't super impressed with the cleanliness of the house.

Girls trip

We had a quick weekend getaway. The house was beautiful, clean & perfect for my friend and I. House was clean & didn’t disappoint. Would stay here again.

Worst supplied house we've ever stayed in!!!!!!! It says it sleeps 5 but it only had 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 towels, not enough silverware! It had no hand towels for bathroom, no remote for TV in bedroom, no blankets for pull out! No coffee pods. Door hard as heck to open. No table to eat at or play games. We will NOT recommend this house to anyone!

Convenient Location

Our stay was great as the location was pretty central for everywhere we were going. We also got a snow storm during our stay and having a driveway to park in was wonderfully helpful.

Perfect

Definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Grand Rapids!. We came to town for a concert and was easy to check in and even easier to check out. Very clean absolutely just what it was described to me. Communication was great.

Decent property good location. Needs a good cleaning

Decent yet for the amount I paid it could’ve been better. Washer was moldy, ants. However they accepted pets, so it was this or a hotel.

Nice and quiet stay

We had a short 2 night stay. The communication with the owner and the check in process was easy. The pictures matched the property. It wasnt the cleanest property Ive ever stayed at but it wasnt nasty. The only thing I would suggest is to have some cleaning products available so we could clean up after ourselves and some extra garbage bags. The beds were comfortable. The backyard and sitting area was cute. The yard could have used some extra care though. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! ourselves

Cute home close to downtown Grand Rapids

This house is a cute home that has been nicely updated. It was clean and the listing was accurate. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The kitchen was a little limited on dishes and glasses and many of the windows only had shears as window coverings. The driveway was a little narrow with some overgrown landscaping on one side and many cars parking on the street. This made backing out a little challenging but overall not a huge deal as the road wasn’t super busy.

Cute!

We only stayed one night. However the inside was very clean. Disappointed in the condition of the property itself. I’m not sure if the backyard has been mowed this year and the weeds hit the middle of the windows. Neighbors are friendly and it’s centrally located. Could definitely stay again just wish the outside could be maintained.

I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years, and this one takes the cake for being the most disappointing — and that’s putting it gently.The moment I pulled in, I knew something was off. The yard was overgrown, the driveway had trash scattered on it, and the front steps were peeling like the place hadn’t seen basic upkeep in a long while. Inside wasn’t any better. The door handle was broken, replaced by a loose little button you had to push to get in or out. That alone was concerning, but unfortunately, it wasn’t even the worst part.What hit me next was a disgusting, overwhelming smell of weed — clearly so strong that the host had lit multiple candles to try to cover it up before my arrival. Anyone who’s ever smelled that kind of cover-up knows it only makes things worse. It was nauseating. We didn’t even stay the first night of our two-night reservation because the odor was unbearable and the condition of the property was honestly unacceptable.To top it off, the host refused to offer any refund, despite the clear issues and the fact that the property was absolutely not as advertised.I rarely leave harsh reviews, but travelers deserve honesty: this property was shoddy, poorly maintained, and nowhere near stayable. VRBO should be aware of the condition and the host’s refusal to make it right.
