Woodsy and Private- Dream House on a 7 Acre Pond

Enjoy your beautiful home away from home that sits on 14 wooded acres with a 7 acre pond. Only 20 minutes from Traverse city. Very secluded with stunning views of nature from all sides. Fully stocked luxury kitchen, three bedroom, 2 baths with a whirlpool tub and all they privacy you could want. The pond is not suitable for swimming but wonderful for canoeing, kayaking, or viewing eagles, cranes, herons, ducks and swans. We are pet friendly and allow one dog with a pet fee of $30 to cover extra cleaning. If you have more than one pet we can discuss if it is a good fit and additional fees prior to confirming a reservation. You have the entire house to yourself. The garage and barn are closed off from access. I am available 24/7 by phone, text, and email. This property is on 14 wooded acres with wooded acreage surrounding it. Very secluded with ample animal life. This property is secluded on 14 acres. There is a cabin a block away on the property so you may see others drive by the house or on the pond from time to time. The pond is mucky at the bottom and not suitable for swimming but is great to view and is stocked with lots of fish so bring your poles. You are also welcome to bring a row boat, kayaks or canoes and can put them in the water to the far right of the duck coop.Sleeps 6. For additional guests up to 4 more (by special request), you would need to bring an air mattress and your own bedding, and the rate is $20 per person per night over 6.
