Have your very own slice of Up North paradise with private East Bay beachfront. Adorable beach home built in 2013. Open floor plan, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Open concept living room/kitchen with water facing large windows and slider. Master Bedroom has stunning views with access to the covered back deck. Adorable boardwalk from the house to a deck on your private beach. Tucked into a quaint private road neighborhood just over 2 miles to downtown! Half a mile to the TART trail! Stunning sunrises!

This home was perfect for our family. We loved the location on the water. We enjoyed kayaking every morning and just enjoyed the peaceful view of the bay. It is also convenient to downtown. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

We absolutely LOVED our stay there! Me and my husband took our kids and grandkids and had the best trip. The house was so clean and beautiful and the host provided so many extra things, from toys and games for the house and the beach, lots of beach towels, nice toiletry items, a fire pit, a grill and more! The location was perfect for doing lots of exploring and the location of the house on the beach was amazing. Would definitely love to go back sometime.

The welcome gift was super sweet… loved it! This place and host is amazing, we had a much needed relaxing vacation. It was very nice having all the essentials, like shampoo, hand soap, trash bags and even laundry detergent already there. We did replenish what we used up… thank you Shannon for sharing your lovely home. Will totally come back again! There is so much to see around northern Michigan. The wineries are amazing and my favorite.

Great stay in Traverse City

We had wonderful stay. The lake front was wonderful and perfect for 6 adults. Location was very close to Traverse City and easy drive to other must see sites. House was well equipped with everything you will need and then some. Shannon was very responsive and helped us with a Brew Tour.

Great home, location, and views of the bay!

The home and property were very clean and well maintained. The private beach was perfect for a family vacation with plenty of space for our little one to play in the water and sand, and the views of the bay were beautiful. Also just a quick drive to front street and all of the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Terrific Property Made for Great Vacation

The house was terrific. It was well supplied ans Shanon made sure everything was in order. The outdoor amenities were great, from the Solo fire pit to the furniture to the kayaks and paddle board. We are already talking about taking another trip there in 2026.

Perfection

I have stayed a lot of places in TC, and this was by far my absolute favorite! The location was perfect. The beach and water were great for kids and adults. The house was beautiful and clean and fit our group wonderfully. All the amenities you could need! Hoping to come back and stay in the future!!

Great location in Traverse City nice private beach on the best cove in the East Bay. House had everything we needed for Us and our 5 grown children, they worked from home during the day and we played at night!!!

Incredible beach home

We had an amazing stay. The house and beach are beautiful, the listing pictures do not do them justice. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, towels, family amenities (baby cribs). The house is conveniently located near downtown Traverse and the many wineries. We cannot recommend this host enough!

Great location, hosts and house!

This is truly a great find. The pictures are completely accurate and don't even fully highlight how great of a review of the East bay you have with your private beach. The house was spotless and Shannon was very responsive to messages and willing to go out of her way to ensure we had a great time. My guests and I had a wonderful long weekend and would without a question recommend this property to others visiting the area.

Private Well Appointed Property in Central Location!

Very clean with all the modern amenities we needed including filtered water at the sink! We were on a business/vacation trip. Shannon was very responsive with all our inquiries. Home is centrally located and can get to the downtown area, airport, marinas or wineries relatively quick. Beautiful sunrises on the private deck and beach! We will be back!

Fantastic!

Wonderful house, location, and host. Very clean and very nicely and comfortably furnished. Well stocked with kitchen, household, and outdoor items. Very relaxing and peaceful location. We were able to easily get to downtown Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Old Mission Peninsula, and TART and other trails. There is also a grocery store very close. Host is very pleasant and was quick to respond to my questions and made suggestions on things to do/places to go. I would definitely recommend this host and property!

Traverse City Gem!

As a horse mom, I have been to Traverse City many times and have stayed at a wide variety of rental residences. Without a doubt, this was THE BEST. While it’s usually just my daughter and me, we brought the whole family and my brother’s family. Shannon’s home was perfection. Immaculate, well-appointed, stocked with all of the necessities to make every generation happy - lounge chairs for the adults, TVs and ample outlets for the teens (and their phones) and sand toys for the little kids. I would highly recommend Shannon’s home.

Family vacation

This house is exactly like it is advertised and so much more! It’s beautiful and immaculate. The lake is gorgeous and the kayaks and paddle boards are wonderful for the kids. Everything has been thought of in this rental. Well stocked kitchen, it has basics too, like salt and pepper and cooking oil. It also has two blow dryers, and extras galore. It was relaxing and close to anything that we needed, including groceries, shopping and a little bakery. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet and quaint. We used the beach stuff and swam a lot. We also went to front street for cute shops and nice restaurants. We had 3 kids with us from 18-10, and they all enjoyed this hike and had a place to sleep comfortably. Speaking of sleeping, the master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever! It’s perfect after a long day on the lake. Love this house, would 100% recommend it, you will be glad you did!
