Hilltop Haven: Panoramic Views & Endless Adventure

Escape to our hilltop retreat, where panoramic views and endless adventure await! Our property is located just 10-12 minutes from both Paso Robles and Templeton downtown areas. It is also centrally positioned within 1-3 miles of many surrounding wineries, including Still Water, Cass Winery, and Reva Wines. It is comprising a main house and guesthouse, sleeps up to 18 guests. Enjoy a large heated pool, two relaxing hot tubs, and explore 15 acres of hilltop land perfect for hiking.(surveillance cameras are installed both backyard and Front yard for security purposes )

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please load the dishwasher with all your used dishware. Also, please clean the outdoor grill after using it (cleaning supplies for grill are in laundry room )
Turn off all the lights during checkout. During the day, there is a lot of light in the house, so make sure to turn off the lights. Leave the guest house key on the kitchen counter of the main house
Throw all the trash in the dumpster during checkout. The dumpster is located near the main house, close to a tree. Leave all the used towels in hamper located in laundry room and guest house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
