This means you will have the ENTIRE gated 3.5 acre oceanfront estate all to yourselves. Breathtaking views looking out toward Parrot Cay, sunsets are unobstructed all year and they will leave you speechless, and there are no words for the water. Jodo is on the Leeward side of the island, which means CALM waters all day, & unobstructed sunset views year round. Sandy Point will not flood out, you are assured of calm serenity!
You might not see another person on the beach the entire week !!! There is a 'state of the art' UV FIVE stage water filtration system in place = you don't have to buy bottled water or ice...this is the best on market! The finest materials were used including granite counters, marble floors, custom staircase/railings, so many luxurious amenities that blend in so uniquely with nature it creates the perfect balance that cannot be duplicated. Beautiful escape

We enjoyed our stay at Jodo, a quiet, remote retreat. If you are looking for nightlife, fancy resorts, fine dining, and social interactions (we were not), head to Providenciales. But here on the North island it is remote and natural. We enjoyed the total lunar eclipse and exploring North and Middle islands.

An incredible beach house

This is an incredible stay on the ocean. Regine was very helpful both before and during our stay. The filtered water at the house makes provisioning and hydrating that much easier. The little reef out front was a fun surprise. This couldn’t have been a more relaxing vacation.

Very Relaxing beautiful setting!

Sandy Point beach is absolutely beautiful. The guest house is very cute and quaint and met all our needs. We were looking for a calming relaxing vacation and Jodo was perfect for us. The water was clear as can be, we snorkeled right there and saw sea turtles and sting rays plus other sea life. Regine was awesome and answered all our questions, she was always just a text message away. Thank you for a lovely relaxing vacation.

The most relaxing vacation

It was quite an adventure getting to this property which did not disappoint. Communication with the property manager was excellent, she met us at the ferry to show us where the property was and walked us through the house to make sure we knew how everything worked. It was quiet, private and relaxing. We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. We would absolutely come back to visit!

Paradise on earth

Wonderful experience if you are looking for seclusion and quiet. The property is way off the beaten path, which is great for total relaxation. The beach is gorgeous and pristine, the water color and temperature perfection. Gorgeous sunsets. The accommodation in the guest house for 2 people is great, nice open concept setup and balcony has a pretty view of the sea. My only suggestion to the owners would be to invest in a mattress and bedding/pillows that are worthy of such a 5 star resort, the mattress springs were a bit uncomfortable and the quality of pillows and bedding not matching the absolute loveliness of everything else. Regine, the property manager was very helpful with everything we needed. North Caicos was a wonderful, quiet alternative to Provo and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything from start to finish was smooth. This property does not disappoint in any aspect. If you are looking for relaxing, quiet and safe this is the place to be. Regine was great with anything needed which usually was not much because this place was not lacking in all the amenities. Thank you for a wonderful venue for our honeymoon. We plan to be back soon.

A Big Slice Of Heaven!

JODO was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and everything we could have wanted. Extremely private beach with powdery white sand. The house is gorgeous! We walked along the beach in both directions daily over our week there and saw about 5 people total over the week! If you want to get away from it all go there! Thank you Regine for the great service and thank you John for allowing us to stay in your exceptional house, and you were right, It was worth it!!!

One of the most relaxing vacations ever!

It’s a quiet paradise. Private and beautiful. We had a car and I’m glad because we needed to get out once in a while. Ha! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring North and middle Caicos. The beaches are gorgeous. We were a little disappointed in the snorkeling, but that’s not why we went. Regine is super responsive. We appreciate her!

10 Days in Paradise

We stayed at JODO for 10 memorable days.Everything was as presented and better. Mark the manager was helpful and friendly. The house is gorgeous. The beach is beautiful and secluded. I walked for an hour daily on the beach and 9/10 days so no other people. Amenities are exquisite and we loved the island. We are going back for sure!

Beautiful property on a beautiful island!

There was widespread flooding across the region the day we arrived, but what could have been a horrible start to our vacation was immediately converted to a lesson in hospitality and love. Regine, the property manager, had already arranged for us to stay the night at a different property since the route to ours was still flooded. By the next day, as we arrived at JODO, Regine and John the owner went above and beyond to make sure the excitement of the first day would not define our trip. The property was beautiful, and the beach was all ours for what seems like miles! In fact, every beautiful beach we explored seemed like it was there just for us. Mudjin Beach was our personal favorite. We highly recommend this island for anyone interested in unwinding, and HIGHLY recommend both Regine and John!!!

Felt like our own private tropical island!

We have never had a more truly relaxing vacation than this. We didn’t leave the property except for one rainy day when we drove to Middle Caicos to look around. Everyone from planning and communication with John and Regine, the taxi drivers, ferry manager, boat captain, Jeep rental, COVID testing for our return trip were wonderful! They took care of us at every point! We had already started planning for the next time we go back! Definitely a hidden gem!

Prvate Retreat On N. Caicos

Amazing property on North Caicos! Our group of 3 ladies felt safe even though the property is very secluded. We adventured out to see both North and Middle Caicos, but spent most of our time sitting at the beach at the rental. You can walk to a beach from one side of the property which gave us a view of Parrot Cay. The property manager was very responsive to the requests. Be sure to bring all the seasonings and ingredients you need to cook, the house had only salt and pepper.

AMAZING!!!

Jodo Is paradise! Wow! We were looking for a quiet spot with healing waters. We found it and never wanted to leave! We stayed for 10 days and saw just 4 people walking or running on the beach. The waters here are the most beautiful I have ever seen. We saw turtles, manta rays, schools of fish from the shore. The sunsets were stunning and could be enjoyed from the water (my favorite), the bedroom balcony, the deck, or the cozy palapa on your beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Showers were hot with great water pressure. People on the island were very friendly. ATM did not work while we were there, so bring enough cash (dont really need much except for the ice cream shop and grocery stores if purchasing under 25.) Regine was absolutely amazing. She made us feel so comfortable and was very responsive if we had questions. Book this place now!

Late February stay

We enjoyed our first trip to TCI. Beautiful island. The location and privacy was really nice. I wish Jodo had had a pool. A few appliances went working - we had noticed mentions of the same items in earlier guest reviews and assumed that they would have been repaired prior to our stay, they had not been - the dishwasher would not latch and thus did not work and ice maker was broken (Regine had supplied us with bagged ice) and the refrigerator’s thermostat did not work properly - everything that was not placed in the crisper froze. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

As advertised!

Staying at Jodo was everything we wanted. It was quiet and had everything we needed to cook and chill. We will definitely be booking a family gathering in the future. Other guests wrote about the no-seems so we brought plenty of spray. Unfortunately I wasn't prepared for how tenacious they were even on windy days. We brought our own paddle boards and were able to enjoy the water and walking to 3 Mary's along with venturing out to Middle Caicos during the day. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful week to ourselves

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at JODO. The property was just as advertised: very quiet with almost nobody else around. During the week we were there, a few people walked by on the beach but otherwise it felt like we were all alone on the island when we were there. Regine was wonderfully responsive when anything came up that we needed help with. The property itself is lovely. The beach to the east towards Three Mary's Kay is a lovely walk. We rented a kayak for the week that from Al at 83 tours that we took out several times when the wind allowed and enjoyed. We also went on a terrific fishing and snorkeling one day with Captain Dedrick from One Stop Sporting shop, which we would highly recommend. Overall, just a wonderful place to stay.
