This light and bright top-floor, loft-style condo features high ceilings and big windows with unobstructed mountain views. On the sunny side of town, just blocks from Chair 7, Main Street, restaurants, and shops, everything is walkable. A free parking space is provided. There is one queen-size memory foam bed upstairs and a queen-size memory foam pull-out sofa downstairs. The condo is equipped with wifi, Apple TV, a Keurig 2.0 coffeemaker, Nest thermostat, and more. Enjoy the privacy, views, hot tub, and proximity to everything in Telluride.

You'll have access to everything in the condo except the one locked owner's closet upstairs.

Telluride Loft

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful one-bedroom (loft) house. The small patio overlooks a scenic mountain, and we were lucky enough to watch elk and deer grazing and slowly making their way up the hillside, truly a peaceful and memorable sight.The location is perfect; close to local hikes, waterfalls, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated the Keurig with coffee pods ready to go. Mornings and evenings on the patio were a highlight, with stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere.The bed was very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after full days of hiking and sightseeing.Parking was a little tight and limited. So plan accordingly. Overall, a lovely and relaxing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.
