We appreciate your kind words and are happy the interior, pool, and game room made your downtime enjoyable. Excellent communication is important to us.
Great location in Scottsdale. The house was large and gave our group plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool and hot tub. I would advise paying for the pool heat as that makes a pretty significant difference swimming in the morning or evening. The game room and basket ball court was also a lot of fun for our group, especially the 7 year old boy. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Super close to Kierland shopping center and a short drive to Old Town. We will definitely stay again.

Great lay out, well decorated, great out door space. Home had lots of spider webs on the outside which lead to a few spiders being present on the inside. When we arrived, there was a dead bird on the back patio that appeared it had been there for sometime that we had to dispose of, though the cleaners were just on site before us. There was a large termite tunnel coming out of one of the bedroom ceilings hanging over the bed. None of the guest rooms have ceiling fans but box fans were provided. For the price being paid and location, that was a little bit of a shock. Primary bedroom fan did not really work. This is Arizona, its hot, proper circulation and cooling is important. There was some sort of water leak at sometime which was visible on the baseboards outside of the primary bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. The home itself is not super pet friendly given the hardscape. The pavers, cool decking and turf get piping hot during the summer, so much so my dog would not walk on them during certain times. Would not recommend bringing your dog here during the summer. Overall, needs some improvement to feel great.
