Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a classic Sedona cookout, all while soaking in the stunning landscape that surrounds you. The outdoor area also features a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings and a fun cornhole game for some friendly competition.

★`Absolutely outstanding home and property. We had the most ideal Sedona experience! The pool and hot tub were so much fun, the landscaping and added features were so well done! The home is perfect with a huge kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. The primary suite is ginormous with an equally huge bathroom complete with free standing tub and double sink. All the beds were super comfortable with extremely soft bedding. The decor is so well thought out and curated. We really enjoyed the record player, gorgeous outside dining table and disco ball. Hidden on the side of the home is a lovely little secluded area with a fire pit and grill. This may have been my favorite part. I loved sitting there in peace and quite listening to all the birds singing. It was very zen!

We could walk to many businesses but loved being down the very quiet road complete with tons of privacy, trees and wildlife. I’m already planning a trip back with my daughter, her boyfriend and friends`

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the channel app.

Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

NOTE:
Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

This entire home is all yours for the duration of your stay, ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted relaxation. So settle in, unwind, and make yourself truly at home!
To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- For Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damage.
- If you leave something behind, we’d be happy to mail it back for a $30 fee, in addition to the shipping costs, to cover retrieval and handling.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
