This is the PERFECT house for your vacation! Our Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island Beach house is located on a low country saltwater creek, with gorgeous views from two screened in porches, a patio area for roasting oysters and a private dock! Beach access is easy, just a 5 minute walk over the little bridge. This home is tastefully decorated with views to die for. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine while you watch the birds fly by each evening!

The home was beautiful, met all of our expectations. We typically stay beachfront, but this escape from beachfront to a serene marsh backdrop truly was the break we needed! Yet the beach was just a few minutes away and very convenient.At any time we had questions, our host was quick to answer and when no questions she checked in to ensure our stay was going well.This location is close to so many things to do as well as many choices of restaurants.Will definitely look to make this a family trip again!

This house in Pawley's Island was perfect for our group! It was clean, in a great location, and the right price. We really enjoyed our time! We had an issue with gaining access to the property during check-in, but Paula got back to me quickly and we were able to check in. The house had all the necessities and was a great space for our group. We were able to easily drive two minutes and park to access the beach. We would return.
