Island Life Suites is centrally located on beautiful Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island.
This charming property is a short walk (100 steps) to the beach, shopping, amenities and restaurants. It includes a shared outdoor seated patio with loungers, an outdoor grill and heated pool.
This Two Storey Triplex offers a peaceful and pleasant environment for individual guests and also great for a family reunion (unit #1 -4 bdrm, unit #2 - 2 bdrm, unit #3 -1bdrm)
All 3 units rented together can accommodate 18 guests.

This Condo - Unit #3 - is a 1 bdrm Suite located on ground floor (no stairs)
1 bed/1 bath - max. 4 guests and free parking for two cars in front of the property
Bedroom 1 - queen bed with full bathroom with shower
living room - a queen sofa bed and smart tv
fresh linens, towels and beach towels provided upon arrival
One small (under 20lbs), trained, non-shedding dog is welcome for an additional fee
free wifi and smart tv

Our guests have access to shared pool/patio area, laundry room located next to the unit with washer and dryer and the garage is fully stocked with beach essentials

Closest airport is Sarasota International (approx. 30 minutes away). Tampa International is just over an hour away. St. Pete-Clearwater International is about 45 minutes to an hour drive. Orlando International is approx. 2.5 hour drive with plenty of attractions along the way. Travel time may vary depending on traffic.
All your beach essentials are included. We supply beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys for your enjoyment.
Please note, there are security cameras and motion flood lights around the exterior of this property that record audio and video for the safety of our guests.

Relaxing stay

The check in process was great! I love that they make your door code unique to you. The pool and location was so ideal! The owner was very responsive. The only thing I can say needs improving is in the bedroom the door to the side of the house. It has a door knob that unlocks itself when opened. So if you have small children they can unlock that door without you knowing. A secondary lock for added security would be nice. Also the shower pressure is quite low. Overall we would stay again and recommend others!

I have been hosting guests on Anna Maria Island since 2021. I fell in love with this beautiful paradise over 10 years ago when we visited the island on a family vacation and returned every year since. I have a few other listings on the same street and accommodations to suit everyone's needs.

Beautiful Holmes Beach is located in the center of Anna Maria Island, nestled in between Bradenton Beach and City of Anna Maria. Everything you need is a short drive or walk away. Conveniently located only one block from the beach (approx. 100 steps) and within walking distance to amenities. Many restaurants are also within walking distance or short drive away. Its a safe, quiet, family friend island with breathtaking beaches and sunsets.

If you need more space ask about our two other condos in this triplex (accommodates 18 people in all 3 units)
we are conveniently located only 100 steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and all amenities. our accommodations are clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation.
