I'm originally from California but moved to South Carolina in 2021. I bought my place in Mexico in 2015 and started renting it out to vacationers right away. The area is so beautiful and full of nature I couldn't help but want to share it with travelers. I know you'll enjoy all it has to offer as I do each time I go :-)
Why they chose this property
The community is gated and very safe. It's beautiful and walkable, also. There are many restaurants, shops and things to do right in the community. Of course, the beach and beautiful Caribbean ocean are only an easy 6 minute walk away. Snorkeling is awesome!! The area the condo is in is relaxing and quiet. What's not to love? :-)
What makes this property unique
We have a relaxing, shallow pool on the roof top along with a grill, lounging areas, a bathroom and an outdoor shower to rinse off. The views from the roof top are awesome! The building has an elevator so no worries if you don't want to climb steps :-)
