We are just minutes from the Tampa airport.

You’ll enjoy a geothermal pool that is the perfect temperature all year round, private beach and sand volleyball court.
24-hour security and laundry room on premises.
The kitchen is fully stocked for your use while you enjoy your stay, or you can enjoy your meals at the restaurant by the pool!
No Resort Fees!!
One bedroom and one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Please note that water is inaccessible from the beach.

Hello! I hope you are enjoying your stay! Before checking out at 11:00 tomorrow would you please put all used towels in the bathroom.
Take all of the trash to the trash room (out the door and to the right and it’s halfway down the hall on the left.).
If there are dirty dishes please start the dishwasher. I hope you come back to see us soon!!

This is our second year seeing at Sailport. This year we rented a one bedroom from this host Melanie the accommodations were immaculate well stocked in terms of towels, dishes utensils we really enjoyed our stay. The communication was superior. We had a question. It was answered immediately. Highly recommend.! We are already booking this unit for next year! Thank you!

We live in Omaha but originally from Kansas City. We own several properties in Kansas City, but this is our first Florida property. Our youngest moved to Tampa and of course I had to get a property so I can visit her. I hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven. We bought a condo at this location because of its size and cozy feeling. We fell in love with the balcony sunsets, and the pool is amazing!
When we feel like dipping our toes in the gulf it’s an easy drive to Clearwater and St. Pete but we’re always happy to get back to the quiet of our condo!
We invite you to experience the tranquility and sunsets...we have a feeling you'll come back every year!

Why they chose this property

We stayed here while visiting our daughter and fell in love with the place. The beach, the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Plus, we’re just minutes from the airport and across the bridges are Clearwater and St. Petersburg.
We immediately fell at home and relaxed when we stayed there and knew it was where we wanted to be when we visit her.

What makes this property unique

We tried to make the condo cozy so that our guests can feel at home while they stay here. The complex is small enough that you aren’t fighting for chairs at the pool and everyone is so friendly. The food and drinks at the cabana restaurant are amazing and the best service all around! They treat you like family while you’re there.
The views from the balcony and the pool are breath taking!
