Chris was the best host! Super informative and great communication. Condo was in the best location for us - close to the airport and the stadium. Very clean and has the best view!

As described, no better sunsets from balcony, loved the fire pit waterside. Host provided coffee pods, bath amenities, bottled water, and plenty of towels. Bed was comfy.

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean and offered an amazing view of tampa bay. Unit was very well equipped. Chris was very responsive to any inquiries. Great stay and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! The condo was immaculate with a stunning bay view. The central location put us just minutes from excellent dining options. The property's fire pit area was a highlight, offering an elegant setting with captivating evening views.Our host, Chris, was exceptional—both friendly and attentive. The condo came thoughtfully stocked with essentials for our first night, including bottled water—a nice touch. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. We'll definitely return!

We were in town for a quick weekend trip to see a concert at Raymond James Stadium and had a fantastic time! The condo was in a great spot, beautiful view and guaranteed parking which was incredible.Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Great little place

My girlfriend and I stayed here about a week ago, and we were both really impressed with the entire trip. The Tampa area is beautiful, and this condo is in a perfect location—right in the middle of everything you’d want to do.The check-in process was seamless, and the host was kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The condo itself was super clean and well-kept. While it’s not a modern-style unit, it still had a really nice, comfortable feel.The entire property was great—the pool and bar area especially stood out. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Tampa. Highly recommend!

Fabulous

The condo is very nice and looks exactly like the pictures if not better. It's updated, it's a great size and when you see the view OMG simply amazing. The restaurant on the property was also very nice and the prices were great. I loved the view from my balcony so much I chose to eat all my meals there whenever I ordered from the restaurant. Chris was super responsive from the moment I booked the condo. He was also nice enough to allow me to check in a little earlier due to my flight being changed if it was possible on his end and it worked out great. Whenever I come back to Tampa which will be soon, I will definitely be booking this condo for sure.

Wonderful stay

This was our first trip to Tampa. We were looking for a place to relax near our niece and we found it! This property is very clean and well kept. The host is attentive and organized. We also enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant had excellent food at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place on Tampa bay. We hope to return again!

Condo on Tampa Bay

The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. It was very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and nicely quiet. Great location and beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. Chris was always available and very helpful before and during our stay.

This condo checked all our boxes. Great view. Clean. Well appointed - everything we needed. And the kids loved the pool. Chris is a wonderful host — great, quick communication with helpful suggestions and information. Would definitely stay again when visiting Tampa.

What a great place with a fantastic view! Chris was terrific to work with and was very prompt and organized. The Bamboo restaurant and bar on property was delicious! Shelly was a delight and joy to converse with while eating. Drinks were wonderful and the sunset was so special! The entire group worked endless hours to get things working from the storms. What a great gem and I look forward to staying there again. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony over the bay was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. I really can’t wait to return!

I stayed for a quick trip to visit friends and wanted to stay on the water. I am so glad I took a chance and booked this condo. Immediately after booking, Chris sent me a video giving the layout and easy-to-follow rules. The description and cleanliness were spot on. The views, the pool, and the bar were awesome! I will book again on my next visit!

Great Spot near airport with a View

The condo was perfect for our group of four. It is located near the airport and convenient to a major highway. The complex is safe & quiet, and the views are great as well. Everything about the stay was as advertised with no problems. Thanks Chris!
