The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure 5 beach tags are returned to jar in kitchen. *** if any missing there is a $50 fee for replacement**
Gather all used towels and place in tub. All trash gathered into the cans outside securely placed inside trashcan with lid attached. No trash bags in the recycling cans
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are after 10pm. We want to be respectful of our neighbors.
Our driveway fits 1 car, as we have an efficiency on ground level that needs access to their front door. Plenty of street parking around.
There is to be no food or drink past the kitchen and living room floor. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Excellent location. Very responsive owner. Convenient off street parking. The beach cart was clutch. Having access at beach tags was also very helpful. Nice room separation and balcony. Outdoor shower was also very nice. Would recommend.

Great location for single or multiple families. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Close to Shops on Asbury. 7min walk to boardwalk. Close enough to enjoy everything OC offers but house is also away from the hub bub. Guests call it "hidden gem".
