Upstairs bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Downstairs bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Downstairs bedroom 4 has a full bed plus a twin bed accessed by ladder. One additional full guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and single vanity, plus a half bathroom for convenience.



The main living room features two chairs, a loveseat, a couch, a fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming. Sliding glass doors open to the deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The kitchen includes rustic wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, black countertops, a drip coffee maker, and an island with seating for five. The dining table seats six.



Downstairs, a second living area offers a couch, loveseat, another fireplace, a smart TV, and a quiet reading nook. Access between floors is via spiral staircase. Washer and dryer in unit. Portable crib available. WiFi and streaming throughout.

Getting Around:

Highway 1 runs through Monterey and connects you to Big Sur (30 miles south) and Santa Cruz (45 miles north). Monterey Regional Airport is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Monterey and Alvarado Street are 1 mile away. Carmel-by-the-Sea is 4 miles south via Highway 1 or Scenic Road. Point Lobos State Natural Reserve is 8 miles south for tide pooling and hiking.

• Utility deposit: $1500 per month due prior to check-in to cover utilities and potential damages. Remainder refunded within 14 days after checkout. If utilities exceed $1500 per month, guests cover the difference. Gas and water tend to be the most expensive utilities.
