HOW FAR TO BEACH? Ponto Beach is a great family beach with public parking, restrooms and is literally a couple of minutes away in the car. Grandview Beach is a local favorite (a hidden gem), public parking and is right next to Ponto Beach. Moonlight Beach is a few minutes south and is a fun family beach with snack bar, volleyball, park, and public parking.

WHAT GOLF COURSES ARE CLOSE BY? World Famous La Costa Resort (Omni) is 1 minute away. Four Season Aviara Resort is 1-2 minutes away. The Crossings in Carlsbad is a short drive 5-7 minutes away, and the Encinitas Ranch Golf Club is 3-4 minutes away.

HOW FAR TO GROCERY STORE? Just up the street is Von's Grocery Store (2 blocks) walking distance with pedestrian access.
