About this property

Terrific 4-bedroom house with WiFi in charming Monterey

Our beautiful family home in Monterey, California was fully updated in 2017 with a large open kitchen, cozy family room and a separate dining room that seats 10. It is a perfect home for families or for people who love to host! The 3/4 acre yard is perfect for parties, kids and dogs - completely fenced, filled with lush, low-water landscape, swings, and even a trampoline! The brick front porch has a large circular gas fire pit with comfortable outdoor seating. There is a wood-burning fireplace inside for foggy coastal evenings. The neighborhood is lovely, forested and quiet but a short 1/2 mile walk to downtown and the wharfs.

There is also a 1,000 square foot guest house with a full kitchen, large bedroom, and gas fireplace. This is rented separately, but may be available upon request should you be interested in renting both homes together.
