The property is private but located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Guests are asked to respect **quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.** and keep noise levels low during the day (maximum **60 dB**, in accordance with local regulations).

**Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**
All additional services must be requested and paid for in advance in order to be confirmed.

**Smoking is not allowed inside the house.** You may smoke in the outdoor areas as long as you respect basic safety and coexistence guidelines.

**Pets are allowed only after confirmation with the host**, with a maximum of **one medium-sized pet or two small pets per reservation**. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the house in excellent condition for all our guests.

We recommend getting around by **car or bicycle**, as the area is very quiet and public transportation options are limited.

Due to **Costa Rican government tax regulations**, we kindly request an identification number (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) to issue the corresponding electronic invoice. This has **no tax implications for you as a guest**. Thank you for your understanding!

Para garantizar una estancia armoniosa y respetuosa en Casa Kanani, te pedimos leer y cumplir las siguientes reglas:

Horario de silencio:

El horario de silencio es de 9:00 p.m. a 9:00 a.m.
Durante el día, el nivel de ruido debe mantenerse por debajo de los 60 decibeles, de acuerdo con la legislación ambiental de Costa Rica.
Esta propiedad es compartida y se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, por lo que se solicita especial respeto hacia la vecina y las demás casas cercanas.
Prohibición de fiestas y eventos:

Las fiestas están terminantemente prohibidas, sin excepción.
No se permiten reuniones que excedan el número de huéspedes registrados ni actividades que generen molestias.
Servicios adicionales:

Cualquier servicio extra solicitado (como transporte, limpieza adicional, chef, etc.) debe pagarse por adelantado, al momento de solicitarlo.
Sin pago previo, el servicio no se considerará confirmado.
Todos los servicios adicionales deben estar completamente pagados antes de la salida de la propiedad.
