The TRAIN House 3/2 w/HOTTUB, WiFi, In delightful New Smyrna deck, grill,dogs ok
Your New Smyrna Beach adventure begins The one and only Train House. The Trains are from 1894 and they are large steam passenger so they are 30' long. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. With amenities like NEW 6 Person hot tub, AC, WiFi, 2 TVS (Netflix is included + local channels)wrap around deck with outside shower. There are 1.5 baths inside and the shower outside on the deck, charcoal grill, large yard with lots of parking and a washing/drying machine, guests can feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer and shower. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach and our charming house has to offer. The Flagler Beach ramp is only 3.9 miles from the house. The Garlic restaurant (the best!) is only 1/2 mile. THERE IS A 40% DISCOUNT APPLIED TO 28+NIGHT STAYS. In Jan.-March you have to stay from the 1st to the end of the month.
