New luxury home in Cape Fear Station on estate sized lot. Hot tub and outdoor kitchen. 4 King bedrooms, 1 downstairs. 4.5 baths. Adorable bunkroom with 4 twin beds and a separate den with a 65` TV. High end kitchen appliances and furniture throughout. Luxury hotel style linens throughout. Oversized front porch and large back porch with phantom screens and outdoor shower. 4 and 6 seat golf carts. 2 minute ride to beach. BHI Club and Shoals Club passes available for separate purchase.

BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY WE HAVE A 7 DAY MINIMUM WITH SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely come back. It was the perfect size for our group of three families—plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still feeling comfortable and connected. The location was great, just a quick 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach, which made everything easy and convenient.The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to everyday comforts, which made our stay feel effortless. The host was also fantastic—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and helpful throughout the entire process.Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a great place for a family getaway. Highly recommend!
