Everything inside was great and had anything we could possibly need. It did have very nice views from the balcony, as it is on the third floor. If you are wanting to walk to Parkway be prepared to go up and down a steep driveway, and four flights of stairs. There is a trolley stop right there after going down the hill. Overall it was nice and exactly like the pictures. We were comfortable and were able to enjoy Gatlinburg.

For the amount it costs to stay here you would think it would have updated flooring, furniture, bed and bedding. The outside of building looked as if it was a 2hotel.

Also not sure why you are referring to updated flooring and furniture, it is all presented in the pictures ahead of you booking the place, where did the surprise come from? We have great reviews from our guests on different platforms and do our best to always deliver a great experience! The views from our balcony are spectacular and the neighborhood is just beautiful ( quick note: this is not a hotel!) Sorry we did not meet your expectations, we do encourage you to book a 5 star luxury hotel which charges 3 times more next time !
