Atalaya Towers 1505 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at this oceanfront complex located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit features a private oceanfront balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and living area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Two Smart TVs (65-inch, 55-inch, cable), and Wi-Fi are also available. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one-queen-sized bed, plus one double-over-double bunk with trundle. Amenities include an enclosed swimming pool (heated in the winter), hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and elevators. Limit two parking passes per unit. One car-sized trailer is permitted if parked across the street from the complex and will be counted as one of the two parking passes. No golf carts allowed. Luggage carts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 9

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
