The perfect Traverse City location!! Quiet neighborhood but steps away to bars and restaurants. Onsite garage parking was a lifesaver!! Beautiful home and excellent communication with the host. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The Boardman brownstone has great curb appeal and is centrally located in downtown Traverse City. The beach is close as are restaurants and shops. The decor is minimalist- airy and light with large windows and high ceilings. The wood floor is gorgeous! Modern kitchen with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. I love the Asian inspired decor- simple yet elegant. Nice balcony with a grill but no outdoor seating. Only 2 of the outdoor string lights worked. We were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay with only one issue: there were no televisions. I checked the listing to see if I missed this information and did find it at the end. It was easy to miss. If I had known this, I would not have stayed here. The couch and beds were comfortable and we loved having 3 bathrooms for 4 adults. Private garage was really nice.
