The private backyard oasis features a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Inside, the open-concept home includes a game room, electric fireplace, and a private balcony with peek-a-boo ocean views. This four-bedroom, four-bath (three ensuite) home provides comfort and privacy for your whole group.

- Upstairs Second Bedroom: Queen bed, twin trundle bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private sunset balcony.
- Upstairs Third Bedroom: Queen bed with a twin bunk on top and an ensuite bathroom.
- Main Level Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed with a full bathroom right next door.

To ensure a peaceful stay, we require a minimum rental age of 25 and maintain a limit of 11 guests and 4 vehicles. Our home is strictly pet-free, smoke-free, and party-free, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. A signed rental agreement and a $500 security hold are required to finalize your booking.

This home was a gem! Four couples came to St. Augustine for a long weekend- the house was perfect-4 bedrooms, each with our own bath. The home is just as beautiful as described with great amenities. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and so close to the beach! The house came with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon. We spent 2 days exploring St. Augustine and one day at the beach and pool. John was so accommodating and always quick to respond- we had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend

Excellent Beach Trip

We had a fabulous time at this home in the St Augustine area. The house and the pool were both awesome, well stocked both for inside and outside fun. Everything was exactly as described, even better! The beach was just a short walk away. We all said it was the best place our group has stayed. It is highly recommended by all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. House was as advertised. Communication and support from the host was top notch. Also want to call out the "small things" that go a long way- having enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, detergent to last us the week. Plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels for my family of 6. Clean and easy sleeping arrangements with pillow and blanket options. Plenty of beach and pool gear. 4 min walk to beach and pool was heated with SPA and every other amenity functioning well. Only opportunity was the landscape needed work which I assume was due to the harsh winter. 10/10 would recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked (dishes, towels, everything we needed, etc.). There was a small issue with the check in code, but John answered my call immediately and fixed it on the spot. The house is easily accessible to the road and beautiful beach. The backyard was beautiful and very private. The house looks exactly like the pictures. We would certainly stay again.

An amazing home with plenty of space for our two families (four adults and five kids ages 12-6). The pool and game room were hits with the kids and being just a few minutes walk to the beach was a win for adults carrying chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Take advantage of the provided beach wagon to make this trek even easier! A quick trip to the grocery to stock the fridge and utilize the top notch kitchen, and stay up on laundry, were a huge win too!If looking for a quieter beach experience for little ones without the wave action of the Atlantic, head south on A1A to Mantanzas Inlet where there is free parking and plenty of beach space to enjoy the calm waters of the inner coastal. Of course, the home is also a short drive from historic St. Augustine! We enjoyed walking through the cobbled streets of the old town, grabbing a bite to eat in one of the many fantastic restaurants, and checking out the fort! Also, for a panoramic view of St. Augustine and the harbor, I recommend a visit to the lighthouse! There is a fee to enter and you have to climb the stairs just as the lighthouse tenders did for hundreds of years, but the views are worth it! So much more to do and experience in St. Augustine! Thanks again to John for sharing his beautiful and being so responsive!Stay salty!

We stayed three nights over the Memorial Day weekend. It surpassed expectations based on the photos and description. It was well stocked with linens and towels, spices, and had a high chair and pack and play, which was a bonus for us. Everything was also very well organized. The outdoor area was awesome! A fenced in yard, a wonderful pool and hot tub, and back patio area with comfortable furniture; it did not show in the photos, but there is a fence and gate that separated the patio area from the pool area. This was also a bonus for us because of having a one year old and three year old with us. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. The indoor play area was so much fun! There is table tennis and the Pac-Man video game, as well as an additional sitting area and other games available to play. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. All in all, this is probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many over the years

This vacation property was amazing. We are looking forward to staying here again. The property was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could need cook or entertain. It is close to everything. The beach was walking distance. My family had so much fun in the pool and enjoying each other’s company.

Our stay was excellent! The house perfectly reflected the details shown in the listing and even included a fresh bouquet of flowers placed on the kitchen island when we arrived. The rooms were spotless! Our children loved the game room and spent most of the time between there and the pool when we weren’t on the beach. Speaking of the beach - the public access was less than a five minute walk around the corner, which makes life easier when pulling a loaded wagon; the host even provided the wagon! The short distance was perfect for watching the sunrise or sitting in the sand admiring the moonlight. While shopping downtown we purchased vinyls to add to our own home collection, but we didn’t have to wait to listen until our return since the house had a record player perfectly placed in the living room. The (very few) questions we did have were met with an immediate response, and that alone indicates the host truly cared about our experience. No matter the season, if you’re planning a trip to St. Augustine and want somewhere to stay that’s cozy with cool vibes then look no further!

La casa estaba muy bien cuidada. Las habitaciones cómodas al igual que los baños. La cocina muy completa para poder cocinar cualquier tipo de comida sin problema. John nos respondió siempre muy rápido y de forma efeciente. El punto más importante de la casa, la pileta, la cual john accedió a climatizarla a una temperatura mayor a la habitual lo cual fue algo muy bueno durante nuestra estadía. El único punto flojo de la casa fue la parrilla que no la pudimos usar dado que estaba toda sucia, quemada y mal cuidada. El resto todo muy bueno.
