The layout: There are two bedrooms; the master has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed loft. There is a Queen pull-out couch in the living room.

Have a cocktail or a glass of wine at the spacious island in the gourmet kitchen, shake up a cocktail or take in a movie on the 55" 4k tv. You are steps away from all that downtown Traverse City has to offer!

Enjoy a beautifully furnished four-bed, two-bedroom condo just steps away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Gas stove, fridge with ice maker, high-speed wifi and more!

The bar is always open at the Cherry Condo!

We have beach chairs and a beach blanket for fun in the sun, and games available for a great family experience.

All linens are supplied, and there is even a laundry in the unit if you need it.

The unit is attached to a municipal parking garage via a ramp, and there are level 2 EV chargers available in the garage. Our unit is on the second story, either a flight of stairs up from street level, or a flight of stair down from the ramp connected to the garage. If you park in the garage the ramp is on the second level, there is a gate labeled "The Ivy" that is open.

Directions:
The building is 115 East 8th Street, Traverse City 49684. The unit is on the second floor.

There is a parking garage next door, the entrance to the garage is on 8th street. It is a paid garage during the day, and free in the evening.

The ground floor of the parking garage is free 6 PM-8AM. You can enter from the alley to the west of the building, behind the Blue Tractor restaurant.

Family Vacation

Was a very nice and clean Facility close to all the fun activities In traverse city. It might be noted that there are stairs involved, The case someone has health issues unable to walk them... It was perfect for what we needed.My family is large and It's.Fine , we did have blow up mattresses to help. I wish we could of stayed longer...

The Ivy building connects to the parking structure, and is steps from several great spots including the Brady's, Firefly and the Parlor. The unit is very well appointed, and you will feel right at home!
