If you must take out trash, please use the dumpsters in the complex. Do not leave trash outside the unit in the hall or on the balcony.
Sea turtle nesting season is May-Oct. please adhere to the ordinance-lights out after 10pm. Please fill any holes dug in the sand

Great communication with the host from the start. Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Burgers from coconuts were amazing which is on site. 24 hr security there was a huge plus as well. All made this vacation very enjoyable.

Great but Sparse

The property was a great location and such easy access to the beach. Our family loved the games available. The kitchen was very sparsely supplied and could have used more utensils, cups, a cookie sheet, etc.

I am a high school science teacher and I love nature! Long walks in the mountains or on the beach is where I prefer to be in my free time. My husband and I have been married for twenty years. We visited Hilton Head Island for the first time to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We hope you find the island as magical as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love that the unit is so close to the beach. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a resort. It has restaurants on the property, a huge pool, tennis courts, a gym, a playground for kids, and of course a nice beach to walk to. The island is easy to get around. Shelter Cove and Pinckney Wildlife Refuge are two of our favorite spots and it is a short drive from the resort.

What makes this property unique

It is a perfect property for a small family or a couple to stay on vacation. It is located on the first floor so you do not need to go up many flights of stairs. The pool and beach is very close to our unit-just a short walk away. It is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed. It does have bunk beds in the hallway and a sofa bed. The kitchen contains a large refrigerator, oven and microwave. The bathroom is recently remodeled with a beautiful tub/shower combination. There is a balcony that overlooks a lagoon.
