Came to Anna Maria Island for a wedding and really enjoyed relaxing by the pool when not busy with wedding festivities. Close to fun shopping and delicious restaurants as well.

My friends and I had a celebration of life weekend this past week, and stayed at this property. The house was beautiful, and the pool was perfect. It was super clean, and had all tge kitchen utensils we needed. Our host Josh was excellent with communication and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely be back. Thank you Josh.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Floors were filthy and turned your socks or feet black. It smelled of sewer gas. They didn’t disclose there was construction next door. Faucet in bathtub wouldn’t shut off and could hear water running constantly. Faucets were very slow to drain. Pool was very cold and not suitable for our 2 year old. Trash cans outside were full of the previous renters trash and woke up the first morning to trash everywhere. Caulking missing around bathroom sink with mold on what caulking was left. Mold on back shower grout in master. More than likely leaking within the walls. Being a general contractor for 25 plus years I could go on and on. Would not recommend this place
