Your LUXURY Home Away From Home in Beautiful Noe Valley
Fully remodeled down to the studs in 2024 with all new plumbing, electrical, lighting, fixtures and furnishings. Located on one of the best streets in Noe Valley, this home has a Walk Score of 97. No car needed, as everything you need and want is a short stroll away. Muni and J Church line are 2 blocks away.
Neighborhood: Noe Valley is considered one of the most desirable places to live in San Francisco for many reasons. The weather is better than most of San Francisco and is often referred to as the Banana Belt of the city. The other standout feature is our lovely main street with a town square. The street is filled with small business from an independant bookstore, one of the city's BEST bakeries, restaurants galore, two flower shops, wine merchants, boutiques, children's shops and even a Whole Foods and Walgreens just a few blocks from the apartment. Every Saturday morning the square fills with vendors, live music and the community for our weekly Farmer's Market. Throughout the month, the Square holds many events like yoga, Night Market, wine strolls and Parisian Night. It feels like a European Village and is unlike anywhere else in the city.
The home was designed to feel like a luxury top tier hotel suite, with the coziness of a cottage in Provence. Fluffy towels, fresh new bedding, all the kitchen necessities you could need, tv, internet, and your own washer & dryer.
The apartment is located on the lower floor of a 3 story Edwardian home built in 1911. We occupy the middle floor and on the top floor is owned and occupied by a couple that has lived in their flat for over 20 years. In the back of the parcel, there is a free standing cottage that is owned and occupied by a couple. The front door to the apartment is accessed by a locked door and faces the back cottage, so it's extremely quiet and safe. The building is oriented Southward, which fills the living space and front door to the apartment with sunshine and natural light throughout the day.
There are two outdoor areas for your personal use - the front deck which gets full sunshine and the lightwell deck that has a bistro table and two chairs. Access to outdoor living space is a rarity for city apartments.
LUXURY AMENITIES INCLUDE: heated floors in the bathroom, solid oak floors throughout, washable rugs, and 1x housecleaning for month-long stays.
Our street is comprised of mostly single family homes, which makes it easier to find parking, but the Waymo app is also a fun option if you don't need a car for the entire stay.
A few fun facts - Ocean Beach is a 13 minute drive away, CPMC Hospital is .7 miles away, hiking trails in Twin Peaks and Glen Canyon are walkable from the apartment. The vibrant Castro neighborhood is .5 miles away, the best burritos in the US in our beautiful Mission district is 1 mile away.
We are a registered and permitted Short-term rental property which means stays CANNOT EXCEED 30 days.
