The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and boasts a queen size bed and an additional unique window nook that holds a full sized bed, good for both reading or sleeping! The second room is a bunk room located on the first floor with two twin beds. A full bathroom with shower rounds out the property! The boathouse is small but mighty, and the outdoor space coupled with gorgeous oceanfront views really allow for one of the most unique stays in Maine. Parking for 2 vehicles!

We loved our time at this property. It was impeccably decorated and the space, though petite, was efficiently set up and comfortable. The outdoor deck and dock were the real highlights though, and we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful views and water activities.

This is an amazing slice of heaven. I spent 4 days there with my family relaxing and fishing. Such an amazing place!! We will be staying there again next time we decide to visit! Highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay in Maine! Peace and quiet, broken only by the sound of birds. It was a privilege to wake up each morning to panoramic ocean views and end the day watching spectacular sunsets.The kayaks and sailboard were a wonderful bonus—we especially enjoyed early-morning excursions on the quiet bay. The house itself has real character, thoughtfully furnished with authentic nautical artifacts rather than the mass-produced décor you often find in vacation rentals.A truly special place, with a responsive and helpful owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Elena and the team did an amazing job making our stay special. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and the deck is spectacular. We could have spent the whole time relaxing and watching the ospreys in their nest but the house is super close to many great locations.

A secret hidden gem, ocean views from every window, cozy rain or shine. Enjoyed the sun decks, swimming in the clear water with the sandy bottom, watching the sunrise and osprey nest at the end of the dock. Maine as we envisioned it!
