This centrally Poipu located Hawaiian home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, AC & private pool is the perfect way to explore beautiful Kauai. This home is the pinnacle of indoor/outdoor living with it's telescoping doors opening up to the outdoor pool area surrounded by tropical gardens. We have two outdoor showers, numerous lanais, Brazilian floors and a chef's kitchen with private temperature controlled wine room--hire the chef and unwind at the pool!

- Guests will have access to the main house, garage, pool, back & front yard, workout/fitness equipment located in the garage, and entire property other than a few locked supply closets

This expansive 3,400+ sq. ft. villa offers plenty of space for families and large groups seeking open-concept indoor/outdoor living and relaxing aloha vibes.

The home features 3 king en-suite bedrooms, an additional guest room with a king bed, and a kid’s bunk room with 6 bunk beds - totaling 5 spacious bedrooms. For added flexibility, there are two pack 'n plays and a queen-size sleeper sofa available.

The open-concept chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for preparing island-inspired meals the whole family can enjoy! It includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, new under-counter ice maker, 5-burner gas range, BBQ lanai, breakfast bar, 2 sinks, and all essential appliances. You’ll also find a chilled wine room for your favorite sips. Whether you’re enjoying a mai tai on the lanai, lounging poolside, or cooking with loved ones, this home has it all.

Start your mornings with a refreshing rinse in one of the outdoor showers or a dip in the pool. Later, unwind in your own private pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping—the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.

Kids love spending time by the serene front pond, feeding and watching the koi fish.

The home is cooled by 6 air-conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring comfort after a day of island exploration or golfing at nearby courses.

Our family of 11 recently stayed @ Hawaii Haus in Poipu which was great. Good location close to shops, restaurants and the beach and some torrential weather at times did not spoil our fun! Lots of beach gear (toys, umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc.) which made it nice for the entire family. Beautiful house, open floor plan, great A/C and the kids loved the pool.

13 of us stayed here for 5 nights and had the best stay we have ever had! This included 2 children that had plenty of space, toys, games and activities! Very well maintained property, nice accommodations for our party which included 6 adults and 5 children. The pool was nice for afternoon swims, especially for the kids. The bunk room was great for the kids. The pool towels and beach towels, along with chairs and other beach items was a nice touch. Although we didn't have time to use them, the bikes were a great addition as well! Quality bikes.The sound machines in each room was also a great touch, we already do that at home. The house and area was quiet, the roosters arent too noticeable within the house.Accomodations/ furnishings in the kitchen worked well. The Grill was in great condition and we were able to grill a few times.Maybe a mile or so walk to the beach, if you into longer morning walks. The space was perfect for a large crowd to separate into their own spaces. The kitchen and common area was very well laid out, accomodates a large party well. Functional kitchen.A double set of washer/ dryers was another nice feature as well! Overall great stay, nice property.
