My daughter goes to ASU in Tempe, and it's close to that and Old Town Scottsdale and the neighborhood is cute and quiet.
What makes this property unique
It's recently updated with a modern Spanish style interior that is unique. Brown riviera-pattern terracotta floor tiles are throughout, with star and cross white tile in bathrooms, wrought iron candelabra lighting and an awesome banquette-style green velvet dining room for seating makes it fun to gather. The yoga room with infrared sauna and the 10-person hot tub poolside are great ways to enjoy a little self-care during your stay.
