Had an amazing weekend stay at this house , very sad the weather didn’t let us take advantage of the pool but still got to use the grill and fire pit! Really well stocked kitchen as well! Very close to old town Scottsdale as well

The house was clean at check in and was comfortable to relax in . The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels . This house worked well for my group of 4 . Nice quiet dog friendly neighborhood. The gas fire pit was nice .

The pool was heated per our request and we loved using it. the host was quick to respond to our requests. Good location, quiet, quick and convenient to everything. Kitchen fairly well stocked with items for cooking and cleaning. We enjoyed our stay here.

Super friendly host! Very helpful, flexible and accommodating. Gave us excellent tips on things to do and places to eat in the area. House was attractive, very clean and exactly what we needed! Provided tons of amenities, like shampoo and conditioner, plus k-pods for the Keurig. Highly recommend this host!!!!!

I didn't look for pans or use the kitchen but I saw silverware and plates, cups, bowls, and misc things like paper plates, foil, plastic wrap but I am sure there's more. It seemed equipped. Clean, quiet HUGE showers even bidets! Great place to stay. Just use your streaming accounts to watch TV

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Close to a lot. Garbage can was full. Coffee pot did not work. Shower head in master bed room needs to be replaced. Kitchen needed some larger bowls. Serving utensils. The plants and cactus in the back yard make it hard to keep your pets safe. Otherwise thank you. It did the job.

Thank you for the feedback and for staying with us. We’ve replaced the coffee pot and will also take another look at the shower, although it appeared to be functioning normally during our inspection. Garbage is picked up weekly, but depending on timing before pickup the bin can occasionally fill up between services. We appreciate the additional feedback as well. The backyard is a desert landscape, and cactus are very common throughout Arizona. My own pets have never had any issues in the space, though we understand every pet owner has different comfort levels. The home is designed to comfortably accommodate families and small groups, though it is not set up for hosting large parties or events. Our goal is to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciate the suggestions for improvement.

The house was easy to find, comfortable and had everything we needed( soaps, trash bags, coffee pods, paper towels, etc.) They even had dog bowls and extra dog beds. Plenty of dishes and nice appliances. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious, with plenty of towels which is a big plus for us( we recently experienced one towel per person at another VRBO rental) Perfect space for everything our family (and dogs) needed and convenient to ASU for graduation events. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely book again!!

I do believe the property was welcoming of pets due to the fact that there was pet hair all around. The pool area was very nice and enjoyed by the family. We enjoyed the beautifully redone kitchen with new appliances as well as the redone bathrooms. The location of the property was perfect for those things that we wanted to do. Unfortunately, there are some issues that were not good. The 3 large rugs in the house were very dirty and in need of cleaning; the living room couch is in need of replacement; there was no dresser in the master bedroom and I believe there should be a few kitchen towels available. These items would need to be taken care of before we would consider staying here again.
