Tucked away on a wooded hillside, Husky Hill offers you relaxation and privacy. Feel the world melt away as you drive up the tree lined driveway. There is a creek on the lower portion of the property and a short trail thru the woods. Relax around the fire pit or under the gazebo. We have play sets for the younger kids, and a fenced yard for your dogs.

This room can be closed off from the rest of the house if you need a break! The ottoman doubles as a coffee table and toy box. It's a great table for playing with cars, building blocks or games!

The Living Space
The kitchen has a large island and lots of appliances to make your best home cooked meals! We left locally sourced products and condiments to sample. Most can be found at Joseph's Wayside Market right in Naples. A variety of salts, peppers, spices and oils provided. Coffee station features 2 coffee makers, coffees (grounds & pods), hot chocolate, teas, creamers, sweeteners, & other drink mixes. Open to the great room with large dining table and sectional couch. The electric fireplace and in floor radiant heating keeps you cozy on the coldest days. Open the windows for a nice cross breeze on nicer days.

The living room area features a large, cozy sectional with 3 reclining chairs. The leather is well loved (perfect for our furry guests). Couch covers are available if you prefer fabric to leather. The smart TV hangs over the electric fireplace. While there are quite a few free channels, be sure to bring your passwords to your favorite streaming channels. The vaulted ceiling has a skylight and ceiling fan. The front windows look out over the sloping hillside and woods.

The primary bathroom has a large shower and we supply you with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Abundant lighting is perfect for getting ready for your special occasion. There is also a cabinet with extra toiletries & hair tools in case you forgot something. The 1/2 bathroom is located just inside the back door on the main floor.

Outdoors:
The back yard has a nice lawn. Pull out the play sets for the younger kids. Gazebo has outdoor furniture to relax on with artificial turf grass. Relax in the adirondack chairs around the fire pit out front while listening to the bull frogs or watchingthe fireflies.

The dog door in the laundry room allows your pups their own sense of freedom to explore the fenced dog yard at their leisure. it's okay to have your dogs off- leash on the property, as long as they are under your control at all times. The neighbors on both sides also have dogs that may occasionally wander onto the property. And a neighbor's barn cat makes it's daily rounds thru the property. Be aware that wildlife abounds here,and may entice your dogs to explore the thrill of the chase.

Located in the Finger Lakes Wine Country, we're less than a 10 minute drive to all that Naples has to explore. We are situated between Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes. Enjoy a day on the water, or along the water on one of the wine trails! Bring your boat or kayaks, or rent locally. Explore the exquisite local shops, hiking trails, waterfalls. No matter the season, there's something for everyone!
