Casa Capistrano 1 offers gorgeous ocean views and breezes on your private balcony
The living room includes a king-sized sofa Murphy Bed that converts to a "real bed" in less than two minutes. The bed is made up with bedding ready for sleep. This murphy bed makes this 1 bedroom condo feel more like a 2 bedroom.
Sleep soundly on our new premium king mattress and fine linens.
The spa-like remodeled bathroom is fully equipped with a bidet, music system and great water pressure. The building also has a water softener so the shower feels luxurious. There are also outdoor showers for use after the beach.
Free bikes (fat and regular)! We provide everything you need to enjoy San Clemente at no extra charge: Bikes and helmets, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella, a wagon, a cooler, beach paddleball, and a yoga mat.

We had a wonderful 5-star stay! The location couldn’t be better—very close to the beach and town, with beautiful ocean views. We walked to the beach and the town multiple times each day with a toddler and infant to give an idea of how walkable the area is. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, which made traveling with young kids so easy. The ocean was perfect for our family, and the free trolley access made exploring the area a breeze without ever having to use our car. The Murphy bed was a fantastic feature, giving us two king-size beds so our family of four was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place and location

We had a great stay at this condo, the views of the ocean were relaxing and the location was perfect - just a short walk to both the beach or to some great shops and restaurants downtown. The condo had everything we needed and the hosts gave us some great food suggestions and were very friendly.

Long Weekend in San Clemente

Condo was clean and in great shape. Owners were quick in their replies to our questions and concerns. The included amenities were great. We were able to use the included bicycles and beach chairs. Even tried out the Murphy bed one night and that was comfortable. We definitely rent this again when in town

Great location to be near the beach

It was quick 2 night visit, which made the penthouse perfect. Checkin procedures were very quick and easy. The owners communicated all the information we needed. The condo was only a couple blocks from the beach. It was great having dedicated parking because that can be a problem in that area. Condo had all the amenities you could want.

The condo was in a great location with great views from the balcony! A couple blocks from the beach and downtown area with bars/restaurants. Everything was clean and had all the amenities you would need.

Superb condo

From parking to sleeping…. A wonderful place. When we had inquires the response was quick and simple. Peter, Cathy and Taylor were all very nice and quickly responded to our needs. Close to beach, pier, walking, shops and restaurants. Will stay again. The condo was well kept and tidy, with everything a person needs… even bathroom extras!

The property was very much as described. It was perfect for 3 adults. The Murphy Bed is so comfortable, which was a surprise. The location is perfect, and having an assigned parking space is huge given how difficult it is to get parking in the area. My family says we should come back!

Rented this condo for 2 nights for a quick weekend trip, condo was clean, well organized, and very accomodating. The location is the main selling point since its a quick walk to the beach. balcony is nice since you can see the ocean clearly. price is not cheap but you pay for the great location, view, parking, and cleanliness.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!

We were greeted by music and a bottle of wine with an incredible sunset view from the balcony when we arrived. The hosts have thought of everything. The beds are very comfortable. The condo is steps away from the pier and several great restaurants but not so close that it feels busy or noisy. We will be back!

Great stay in San C!

Great location for beach fun with everything we needed close by. Lots of food options near the condo and a short walk downtown. The condo was very clean. Amenities were very much appreciated and perfect for beach fun. The outside showers were perfect after a day at the beach. Quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view. Check in, check out convenient and easy. Cathy and Pete are excellent hosts. We will come back!
