This is a true basement apartment, but it’s clean and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of its space. Ideal for travelers who value location, comfort, and affordability.

Please note that this a historic home and a basement mother-in-law apartment with a long term tenant upstairs that you may hear on occasion. Please be aware of the low ceiling in the kitchen area (see photos).

Please park on left driveway behind truck (do not block the street). Entrance is on left side of house, through the gate and down the stairs (red door).
Do not park on right side of house or across the street. Thank you!
Please be aware that the kitchen ceiling is low due to historic construction. Rest of home is normal height ceilings.

Entire basement of single family home. Private driveway and entry door. Please park behind the truck on the left driveway.
