I booked this house for spring break with my group of 7 people, and it was perfect for us. It was easy to get in contact with the host who gave clear instructions how to check in and out. They also were flexible with check in and out times. The house was clean and put together. The house location is a 15 minute walk to the nearest Walmart, and a 15 minute Uber to Clearwater Beach, and there is a golf course really close. I personally liked not being in the middle of the touristy area, and the neighbors did not interact with us at all. Its a great place to stay!
