Brand New Construction! 2 Bed/1 Bath w/ Private Deck off Broadway downtown Newport
This is a recently completed new build, two bedroom apartment with a private deck and off street parking. The vaulted ceilings in the open concept kitchen and living space make this the perfect spot for entertaining and gathering, as well as the large private deck overlooking the hustle and bustle of West Broadway. This is a dog friendly second floor unit with two bedrooms with queen size beds, a pullout sofa, mini splits, and washer/dryer. You are comfortably able to sleep 6 guests.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and this one was the most spotless I’ve stayed in to date. Brand new construction, and everything, and I mean everything was spotless upon our arrival. Easy check in and out. Fully equipped kitchen was great as we like to make ourselves breakfast each morning, and keep snacks in the fridge. The only thing is the street itself was a little sketchy, but move in either direction a block away and it was fine. Would definitely recommend, and would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place
This place was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed: enough towels, pillows, kitchen supplies. Keith was a very responsible host. Location is very convenient and the most important thing it’s was perfectly clean. Thank you!
