Escape to this cool condo in picturesque Marco Island. This terrific rental features 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a murphy bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests can relax and unwind. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like WiFi, a fitness room, and AC. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo. Heated pool, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball on site. Laundry facilities on each floor, Download an app to use W/D's since there is a fee for their use. 24 hour gated entrance. Property adjacent to Tigertail Beach. Unit has very big views the beach and out over the Gulf to the horizon. The buildings are inverted Y shaped with the bottom of the Y at the beach front. That's where this unit is located with a north and west view and from the balcony you also can see south and east over the island. A great space and view for your relaxing vacation on our paradise island. There is a parking fee paid to South Seas office at check in of $100 per vehicle, one time fee for the full stay.
