Other things to note: This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

Please read all reviews before booking. Very nice place, clean and easy walk to downtown. However… there are no numbers on any doors, so their email saying that your parking space corresponds to the room number is horribly misleading… even the contact had no clue. Fortunate to have another guest tell us how to figure it out. If you are looking for a quiet nights sleep…. Good luck.. there is a “dance hall” (I assume strip club) literally out the back door. Music thumping until 2am, drag racing in the street bending the building and yelling until 3am. Again, a beautiful place, but many outside drawbacks!
