What makes this property unique
The suite includes a private entrance with enclosed outdoor seating, two queen bedrooms, hallway with supplies, and full bathroom with shower/bathtub.
The front bedroom gets a great sunset. It also has a desk for working, and a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge w/ tiny freezer, Keurig coffee & tea maker with K-cups, and Brita water filter.
Kitchen supplies provided: water glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, paper towels, K-cup coffees, tea bags.
Please note:
- this is not a full kitchen set-up
- there is no living room space
- The private entrance is through the front bedroom
Both bedrooms have queen beds with great mattresses, (Purple, The Futon Shop), soft cotton Tommy Bahamas Sheets, four pillows each, and 100% organic linen duvets. Extra pillows and blankets also available. Black-out blinds for a great night's sleep. USB and plugs conveniently located at each bedside for easy charging.
All sheets and towels are washed in fragrance-free, dye-free, phosphate-free detergent, and NO fabric softener.
This is a quiet, super friendly neighborhood where people walking their dogs will say hello.
Street parking with plenty available. (Very quiet, safe street).
