The well-appointed eat-in kitchen provides plenty of space for family meals. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and off-street parking for two cars.
Discover a location that can’t be beat. Enjoy a stroll to Huots Seafood, where live music graces most evenings, or savor a lobster roll at the nearby General Store. With a trolley stop a short walk away, exploring OOB is a breeze. Linens are not provided. You will need to bring your own sheets (1 queen, 1 full) and towels. Additionally, please note the main house above with private access is also available for rent. We kindly ask that you respect their 4 designated parking spaces and the shared use of the yard.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. While being in the lower level, there was no trace of dampness or mustiness. It was well stocked and someone obviously thought about anything a visitor might need. The only downside was that the people above us had six young kiddos so there was lots of loud foot traffic - however, it was great to hear them having a great time!
