Welcome to your perfect mountain escape! This spacious lodge features an open floor plan filled with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting space for gathering. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates large groups and families. Step outside to a scenic front yard that opens onto a peaceful golf course—ideal for morning and afternoon strolls with breathtaking mountain views. Just ten minutes away, Fairfield Lake offers a swimming beach, dock, rentals, and a picturesque walking trail. Guests also enjoy full access to the Sapphire Valley Resort, where year-round amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, mini golf, arcade, bike rentals, and even skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter. After a day of adventure, unwind at one of our favorite local restaurants like Mica’s, The Library, or Slopeside Tavern. Your unforgettable mountain getaway starts here!

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Empty refrigerator/freezer & clean counter tops

Please clean up after your dog inside and outside the house; sweep/vacuum excessive pet hair and pick up any dog waste from the yard

Turn thermostats to 76°F during warm season or 66°F during cold season

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house has a locked storage area in the garage exclusively for the Owner’s use, and is not available space for Guests.

Any items in the garage (except trash bins) are not for guest use, video surveillance is inside the garage

This property is amazing—the perfect mountain vibe. It has plenty of room and is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everything was very clean and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed the house and property a lot. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. We played board games, watched movies, played lots of ping pong, air hockey and Pac-man! We also put together some puzzles and enjoyed walking the golf cart road! The house was clean and I would highly recommend it!

Center location resort home with access to resort pools, Fairfield lake, pickle ball. Also not far many beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls and some with views.Home was spacious! Bedrooms were large, beds super comfortable, four gorgeous bathrooms. Great home for a large group. We were 13. Use humidifier available if needed.
