East River Views - Renovated 1905 house- 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths

Be a guest at our recently renovated home on the East River. We expect that you will fall in love with the house and the area. The house has two master suites and a smaller bedroom with its own bathroom. You will find that the large kitchen is a great place to cook and generally hang out. Bring your boat, we have arrangements with the owner for docking visiting boats. Hang out on the front porch and view the East River. The back porch has a new grill. House rule: No pets or smoking allowed.
Where is Mobjack – 20 minutes to town of Mathews, 25 minutes to Gloucester, 1 Hour to Williamsburg.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This space is beautiful!! Great front porch and big rooms with on suite bathrooms!! The only issues we had were the outlets not working in the main master bedroom upstairs and the WiFi was very spotty. Overall I would highly recommend.

Clean house, hosts were communicative, nice little neighborhood loop for walking. Mattress in downstairs bedroom was stiff but pillows were great. Spent more time away from the house then inside during this trip.

The photos were spot on and this quant home was well equipped in the kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful rooms with the 1900 decor of the Mobjack fishing days of the past. Especially got a chuckle out of the Harry Potter Bedroom under the stairs. The couch & chairs were especially cozy to drink our morning coffee.A few treats in the fridge made us feel welcome. And our host was quite attentive. A big thanks to Ted for letting him share his home for a few days.

My wife Betty and I live in Mobjack VA. Betty is from Up State NY and I am from Virginia. We enjoy sailing and living on the Chesapeake Bay. We recently bought and renovated Grace Sea vacation rental. We look forward to meeting our guests and sharing our new home.

Why they chose this property

We found the village of Mobjack thru a long time friend who lives in Mobjack near us. We love Mobjack because it is oriented on the water and a quite place to chill out. We have water on three sides which creates a lovely bay breeze in the summer months.

What makes this property unique

Grace Sea is unique because it’ is like a new old house in a river oriented village. Check out our pictures to see inside and outside. Super clean with great sheets and large kitchen.
