Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power. Please note the marina is currently temporarily under construction and depending on timing of rental it is possible we will assign you a different slip number. Once the marina is completed the amenity will be even better and brand new. The boat slip is available to all of our guests that need this for a small additional fee. You will not be charged for the boat slip if you do not need it.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.

The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

The marina where the boat slip is located is on the property. This marina is located out the front door and across the parking lot. It is very close, however, it is not located directly behind the villa. However, if space allows you may unload and load your boat in the canal and utilize the canal docks for a short period of time only. The slips are all individually owned and long term stay in a slip that is not allowed. Thank you

Great Location with all the amenities

Had a wonderful stay over the New Year's holiday. Great location. The unit is even nicer than advertised! The kitchen is large with every thing needed for meal prep. Plenty of space for our family to be comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great condo in Marathon!

We enjoyed a great week in Marathon Key staying at Coral Lagoon #14. Mike provided us with a list of great local spots for dining. Island Fish Company was our favorite restaurant! We also went on a charter fishing trip with Capt. Kevin Johnsen of Reel Adventures. Caught enough fish to feed 5 for dinner and then some. The condo was very clean and within walking distance from the pool. We even got a visit from the manatees in the canal! We will definitely be back.

A very pleasant stay

Feeling the after effects of the hurricane and in between the seasons of Christmas and Thanksgiving we were given a very quite stay here at Coral Lagoon. The only people staying in neighboring condos were construction workers who were from out of town. They were quiet and no problem at all. The unit is VERY nice. It did have quite a musty smell when we first arrived but seemed to dissipate once the AC got going. The inside is clean, well appointed and comfortable. Everything went like clockwork. We also had a boat slip. The slip wasn't right outside the door but a few slips up. Due to the fact that nobody was occupying the other units, we were able to have the boat right out side the back door.

Overall, I would stay here again when I visit Marathon.

Marathon is the in the heart of the Florida Keys and ideally located between Key West and Key Largo. The drive south over the world famous 7 mile bridge on your way to Key West (only 45 minutes away) is very convenient. You are surrounded with word class fishing and the freshest seafood any where in the US. This is a special oasis and peaceful place to be. There's nothing like the Florida Keys

- All rates are subject to seasonal price increases at owner discretion & subject to changes. The advertised rate may vary based on time of year and holidays / special events, etc. A detailed email reply after guest inquiry will clarify exact rates for time of desired stay.
- At time of reservation / 50% deposit required.
- 60 days prior to arrival / deposit is no longer refundable and balance of any outstanding payments due.
- 45 days prior to arrival / final invoice must be paid in full or reservation and deposit will be forfeited to property owner who then has right to market as available and lease to other guests.
- NO SMOKING! NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any evidence or a property managers inspection identifies a guest not complying with these rules they may be asked to leave the property and subject to full payments being retained by property owner including any and all damage deposits.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
