Shoreham Towers I is located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. This 10 Story high rise features an outdoor pool, sundeck, Bar-B-Que / Picnic area, private beach walkway with showers & parking under building. This 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, washer & dryer, free wi-fi, a 55" smart TV in the living room, and third bedroom has a 32" Samsung, and an Oceanfront Balcony with access from the Living Room & Master Bedroom. The kitchen and both bathrooms were renovated in 2015!
Winter monthly reservations available at a discounted rate. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Shoreham Towers. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be immediately evicted. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. Non-Smoking Unit. Free parking for two vehicles. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, RV's, or Oversized Vehicles allowed.

I truly have zero complaints! Everyone was so nice and friendly! My grandparents have rented here for YEARS. It was extremely clean, even the bathrooms down by the pool were ALWAYS so clean and stocked! I seen numerous ladies out cleaning everyday and making sure everything was up to par!

Unexpected Paradise

We had to rent this condo spur of the moment b/c another rental fell through. The photos do not do it justice. Lovely view of ocean. Spacious rooms. Newly renovated kitchen and showers. Best equipped kitchen we’ve ever enjoyed. (Although the microwave gave up after our first two weeks). Convenient to North Myrtle Beach as well as places like Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, etc. The property was well maintained and very clean. There should be a ramp to get from the parking level/ground level to the pool/beach level. Handicapped or even people with beach carts/wagons or kids in strollers have to maneuver steps to get to pool/beach. We had a lovely 3 weeks enjoying dinners on the porch watching the moon rise and surf sounds.
