We offer bicycle storage in the unit or in the secure garage and loads of bicycling books and maps. Down the street from REI. Our building is located along major bicycle routes to destinations beyond the Pearl District: east to the bridges and riverfront trails, west to 23rd Ave restaurants and boutiques, northwest to forest park trails, and south to downtown, Chinatown, and the cultural district.
Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential building located in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon. The Pearl District is a vibrant walker and bicycle friendly area and a hub of activity day and night. Walk out the door and find local-produce markets, brew pubs, cafes, world-class restaurants, parks, shops, and galleries. Stroll along the vibrant 15-mile riverfront path, just a few blocks from the building. Along the walkway, pass under or over bridges, and follow the path to the Saturday Market or to south riverfront festivals, restaurants, and shops.
