Charming 3 BD/2 BA cottage on quiet, majestic-tree lined Margarita Avenue. Private patio with pergola. Landscaped yard; including, orange and lemon trees. Enjoy relaxing on the back patio both day and at night under lights with a fire bowl and large tv.. Cook out on the grill and enjoy picking lemons and oranges. House is exceptionally clean with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances for your meal preparations. There is central air and heat. Pest control treatments and all landscaping are taken care of each month.

Very friendly and welcoming neighborhood. Renting opportunities for July through January. Parking availble off the street.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Charming home in the best location of Coronado

This house is a gem. It's very cozy and you feel like it's your home away from home. The house has everything you need to when you are on vacation. Jane has clearly thought of everything from beach chairs, bikes, coffeemaker and a grill when you are craving a good meal at home with all the things you need to make it with. The backyard is amazing to sit and relax with a glass of wine after being at the beach. She has a lemon, orange, lime, and a apple tree in the backyard. There is nothing better than a fresh squeezed juices in the morning or in your cocktails at night.You don't get these options at a hotel. The house is centrally located near the golf course, easy access to the bridge ( if you choose to leave the island), walking distance to the local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable and Clean

Excellent home in a nice, quiet location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed this house which worked well for our family of six. The back yard is perfect for family meals in the sunshine and the fresh oranges and lemons were a bonus. The beach and Hotel Del make for a magical Christmas get away. The owner (Jane) was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will certainly rent again.

Charming home in a lovely neighborhood. Very close to the airport, beaches and downtown Coronado. Clean, tidy and well set up for living in. The owner was extremely helpful with everything, even providing some sight seeing tips. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone for short term or long.

Great House by the Course

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood, just a block from the Coronado Golf Course. Bike to the beach and tennis. Ideal for a small family. Back yard has covered patio with gas BBQ, dining table and fruit trees. We plan to stay there again next year.

Coronado Cute!

Adorable, rustic ranch home, in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Coronado! This vacation rentals is close to all things unique to this town, golf course, beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks and much more! Great entertaining back yard with plentiful fruit trees. Definitely worth it!
