Communication was awesome from the time we booked the stay, We played the golf course on the property and it was a Great couse which was in amazing shape! Everything was awesome, thank you so much for renting to us!

Pictures don’t do justice, the place was beautiful inside out. I highly recommend staying here my family was comfortable and the condo was clean. It’s a 7min ride to broadway on the beach and 10 to 15min to the beach. Greg the owner responds immediately if you have a question. I would def rebook again

Condo was not supplied properly, hot water ran out anddecor was awful. Needs to upgrade. Not worth the money.

I certainly apologize for the issues with the tank. That's a brand new tank as of July of 2025. Not sure if it was due to a lot of use or something faulty, but will be sure to have someone look at it as it. As far as the rating, that is very unfair. We have had 10 separate stays since July between Air BNB and VRBO and have had essentially perfect ratings. The pictures in the condo listing exactly match the current state. So I don't know how you could say the decor was awful when you chose the condo. Other guests stated the pictures don't do the condo justice. The only supply the guest mentioned to me that was not stocked was shampoo which is not listed as being supplied in the details of the condo as we have found that guests prefer their own hair products. The condo is otherwise fully stocked as described in the listing. Again, simply not justified. Ironically the guest was several dates late in paying his bill and I was nothing but accommodating. I also contacted him before his stay to invite him in early the day of his arrival. Hopefully future guests see through this rating. Looking forward to hosting others soon. Thank you!

It was always a dream to have a second home. Particularly one not only on a golf course but close to the beach and airport. Myrtle Beach has so much to offer . What a great place to vacation!
