Great location - by beach and main street with shops and restaurants. Beach view from balcony. Unit needs a little updating and bath could be cleaner. Property manager was very helpful. Pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly.

The property manager is great at communicating and was very accommodating. Very walkable to the beach, downtown and train. Will definitely stay again. The layout is a little weird since the front door opens to the bedroom but it is what it is. Its an older unit but if you're looking to be in the area, location can't be beat.

Had a great time. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Property could use additional standing fan for the day time heat. Not used to no AC but the breeze from the ocean helped if all doors were open. Overall enjoyed our stay. We come to Santa Barbara every year was first time staying in Carpinteria. We will stay here again for sure.
